These are your candidates for the two year Board of Directors Term for 2025 to 2027

Member since 2020Incumbent Board Director
Greetings!
I am running
to retain my position on the TPOA Board of Directors for the term of 2025-2027.
I have been
a Board member for the past two years, and a committee member for the two years
prior. I plan to continue to bring
continuity and experience to the position.
I feel I
have been a very good Board member and volunteer. My goals for this term are to continue to
make sure the finances and assets of Towne Point remain in good shape and are
managed and maintained to continue to make it special to live in Towne Point. I
want to continue to bring awareness to the fire danger that surrounds Towne
Point and create a plan to mitigate and lessen the danger, and I want to meet
and connect with more of my neighbors.
As a current
Board member, I serve as the Secretary.
I am also on the committees of Architectural, Facilities, Grounds,
Hospitality and Roads/Rights of Way. My duties have been to coordinate the
summer barbeques, holiday gatherings and various other activities. I collaborated with homeowners to complete
projects in Towne Point, namely helping to install a solar light in the Storage
Yard, bringing light where there was none.
I led the effort to install a new pickleball court, complete with
signage and hours of operation agreed upon by consensus. I was instrumental in seeing the playground
project to completion. My personal favorite that I created is “KIDS HOUR OF
POWER”, where kids get to practice cooking, artwork, teamwork, leadership etc.
at the clubhouse on an ongoing monthly basis.
I love
living in Community and getting to know my neighbors. As the world continues to
go through massive changes, I feel grateful to live in Towne Point, where
ultimately, if I need family, friends or support, I can find it right here
where I live. All I need to do is reach
out to my neighbors.
I humbly ask
for your vote.

as they were only marginally successful. Mr. Flynn is currently engaged in a
