BOARD NEWS

On January 29th, the Board of Directors held a ZOOM meeting.

The schedule for this year's paving project, which is a crack seal of Queen Anne Place, Dana Place, Kingsley Place, Beacon Place, Renee Place, will take place on Monday, March 3rd, weather permitting.  Members will be notified to have their cars out of the cul de sacs by 8:00 am if they plan to use them during the day. Parking is available at the clubhouse.

The grounds committee has decided to make the repair/replacement of the mailbox kiosks a priority and the project is in the planning stage.  Materials are being acquired and notices will be send out in February & March  to those members affected.

Other projects planned are reroofing the storage shed in the storage yard with a tentative schedule for April or May when the weather may be drier.

Painting the front door of the clubhouse  is not yet scheduled.  There ae also plans to paint a pedestrian line on the egress side of the entrance to Towne Point.

Another item that some members have shown an interest in is Emergency Preparedness.  A tentative plan to put together a task force/committee to bring this is in the works if enough interest is generated by members.  Please contact the office if you are interested in this subject.

STORAGE AREA IS OPEN

If you are interested in storing a vehicle, boat, RV, etc.,  you can read and download the Agreement and Rules & Regulations on the documents page of this website or get them from the office during office hours. They can also be emailed or mailed  to you.

There is no fee to use the storage yard,
however, there is a key deposit of $30 which is refundable when returned. (See rules that apply).  Space is limited and availability is first come first served.
